Psychological Resilience Conversation

In order to provide psychological support to our students during the pandemic, we interviewed our school and Bilkent University graduate Psychologist Yakup Güntay. During the conversation, Yakup Güntay shared valuable information and advice on important issues with “our reactions to events not caused by us, pandemics and constraints, our responsibilities”, as well as “dealing with negative emotions, time management, self-discipline and self-regulation”.
